Find your S.E.L.F at the Cadbury Recreation Ground in August…

Call out for artists, local businesses, individuals and stall-holders.

S.E.L.F (See Every Life Fulfilled) have announced a free family fun day to be held at the Cadbury Recreation Ground in Bournville on Sunday 25 August.

They are currently looking for artists to perform on their stage, local businesses, individuals and groups, stalls, food and anything else to ensure a great day out for the community. Whilst there will be no fee for artists, the project insists that there will be future opportunities for those who get involved. They have also brokered sponsorship deals with Mondelez International, Papa Johns, Switch Radio, BHBN Hospital Radio and Changes UK.

The event is a family fun day, however it is also an awareness raiser for the work that S.E.L.F do. They are keen to partner with individuals and organisations who are working in housing, benefits, education, life coaching and mentoring, so if there is anyone you know who may be interested in partnering, please get in touch with them on the email below.

S.E.L.F is a grassroots project that strives to create a network of groups and individuals who will offer their skills and expertise to helping people rediscover their drive to work through life’s many issues when they are at risk.

The project will empower their users to improve their lives by offering real and supportive education and training programmes. Key goals are positive mental health images for all, equipping of people with knowledge and life skills, the promotion of social inclusion and the re-building of communities.

Please do pass on to anybody who you know may be interested.
